And Grant Devine was good with money? Really? Now I am no doubt from Alberta not Saskatchewan but it seems to me that subsequent Saskatchewan governments spent many years attempting to dig out of the hole created by Grant Devine’s government.

I worked for the govt when Grant Devine was in power and he would be laughing all the way to the bank with the Good Fortune that Wall and Moe were handed... Good Crops(most years) Good Prices, Super high OIL and Potash Prices.....unfortunately with finance min Harpauer and Moe at the Helm when it comes to Money they cant Organize a 2 car parade
