I worked for the govt when Grant Devine was in power and he would be laughing all the way to the bank with the Good Fortune that Wall and Moe were handed... Good Crops(most years) Good Prices, Super high OIL and Potash Prices.....unfortunately with finance min Harpauer and Moe at the Helm when it comes to Money they cant Organize a 2 car parade

No Devine was not good with the money he was handed During Very Poor Economic times. My Point is that if had what our Sask Party was handed, he Would have done FAR BETTER than these jokers
