Freeland has already been quoted today as saying the government intends to appeal the decision. A lot of decisions going against Trudeau and his government of late. I have been around almost 6 decades and I can’t remember any other government in that time that has had so many legal decisions go against their legislative agenda. I have never thought the imposition of the emergency act was justified!!!! Going after people that donated to the cause was in my opinion disgusting.

From the judge: “I have concluded that the decision to issue the Proclamation(of the emergencies act) does not bear the hallmarks of reasonableness — justification, transparency and intelligibility — and was not justified in relation to the relevant factual and legal constraints that were required to be taken into consideration,” Mosley wrote.

Sad… the : NDP Bloc Liberal …agenda is abusive to Canadian Sovereignty and Civil Rights.
A Trillion in Debt and climbing… Common Sense needs to be brought back to our Canadian Parliamentary System.

Our Budget will not Balance itself.
Minister Freeland needs to wake up and turn from this scorched earth Canadian Leadership.

Many Blessings… May we find it in our hearts to pray for extra special wisdom …for our MP’s and LOST Misguided Federal Government.

The government invoked the emergency act and was found to have broken the charter of rights and freedoms! Cue the partisan violins.

If you are from Saskatchewan, Alberta, Quebec and Ontario, no worries, just invoke the not withstanding clause. Easy peasy! Because if you disagree with charter and a lower courts decision, you can do what you want!

Laws are for the other guys. And Conservatives don't like the Charter of Rights anyways!

Or better yet pull a Trump and just lie about what happened when you tried to overturn an election without evidence that any court would believe! LOL

And yet a large number of Conservatives still think Trump is okay and that Trudeau is bad?

Gotta love the rightwing hyper partisans who have no principles.

Only hyper partisan here is looking in the mirror. Get off your Donald Dump kick. I suppose any NDP such as yourself loves the legacy of Joseph Stalin using the same logic.

Months prior, an estimated 4,000 Canadians, including many NFU members on tractors, blocked the Ambassador Bridge linking Windsor and Detroit to demonstrate against the proposed plan.

Just need to be a little more careful in who gets selected to be judge in this type of situations. Best to have one from the Trudeau Foundation board.

To late now. All the world is reading about it.
Your reputation is what it is.

                              This is Canada;

"About 280 account were seized during the Ottawa protests, and Canada became internationally known for being the place that punishes by taking away people’s means to buy food and pay rent without a warrant. Now that the Federal Court has set out exactly why that was wrong, Canadians have a solid precedent to point back to should any tyrannical move be embraced again."

One more nail in the coffin.
