So, if the Alberta NDP is an unincorporated association with an umbrella organization that is a legal entity (fed NDPs), members of the Alberta NDP become members of the federal NDP. So, I guess that also means that the federal NDP were in power in Alberta for 4 years.

What about other provincial NDP parties?
