Healthcare and education have become complete bloated upper management structures, like most government union run situations.
Leaving the ground force workers little to deal with . The money is there, it’s all the incredibly overloaded upper useless management that sucks all the funding up leaving the hard working Doctors , nurses and base line teachers with SFA to work with
absolutely no different than all government institutions Federal or provincial
