As bad as Trudeau seems, a recent poll showed PP's approval rating is only slightly better than Trudeau! Whaaat? How is that possible?

PP comes across as a smirking, abrasive smug and arrogant in the house and with the media. That has got to be worrying. He tried the hair and glasses makeover but when and how is he going to change his annoying personality?
