Were you aware of that d e i has permeated virtually every aspect of modern life, from hiring practices to education?

As for the crops, wheat looked best ever as of late july, as of today, I don't think it will beat last year's record. Barely looks good not exceptional. Canola has some bright spots and some really ugly. I have low expectations. Smoke comes and goes hasn't been bad for the last couple of weeks.

As for the weather, myself personally, not a fan of the heat. But our crops definitely prefer this compared to the usual cold and wet.
