You would rather have no unions then?

Well you better not vote for Crypto then!

Unions have raised wages and improved working conditions for everyone.

Higher oil prices because of Russia and a rebounding economy after covid was one of the bigger drivers of inflation. Along with shortages, supply disruptions and other increases in commodity prices.

            For everyone?
            Can you explain?
They have raised the wages of workers in the developing world, by driving industry out of expensive unionized labor in the first world.

How about yourself for example, how have unions raised the wages and working conditions of a 6000 acre capitalist farmer?
Or did you forget about making that claim already?

Did the unions lower the cost of railroad freight of your products and inputs? Did the unionized civil servants lower the cost of taxes to your farm? Did the unionized strikes at railroads, ports and processors increase your profits?

So no doubt the pretend libertarian from Alberta wants to go back to a time before unions and minimum labour standards!

Are you struggling with the Conservatives and Poilievres support for unions!

Chuck, you are avoiding the question.

Could you forget that you once claimed to be a capitalist farmer and not a union worker?

Can you tell me what benefits a farmer has derived from the Union labor movement?

Higher wages kept a lot of farms going over the decades and still put food on the table.

Many farmers and their spouses work off farm.

how about the possibility that unions pushed up the cost of living ? making it necessary for more households to have two incomes ?
i know that would be very difficult for a programmed socialist to process

So you have time for an offfarm union job while simultaneously farming 6,000 acres, driving several pickup trucks, and a full-time hobby as a troll?
