Thank you for finally responding to my question.

For now on I will consider grainews to be a wing nut social media internet conspiracy, and not an approved media source.

The list of approved sources appears to be very limited.

As far as I can tell, the only criteria that they have to meet is to agree with Chuck's worldview.

Don't ask Chuck math questions. Judging by how angry he gets about anything relating to math, that is not one of his strong suits.

Which is exactly why I keep asking him questions involving math...

This holds true for all socialists and proponents of green energy/climate change. It is impossible to understand basic math and still support these.

So more human caused CO2 at very low levels in the atmosphere is not an important greenhouse gas that is increasing and causing climate change? Is that the "math" you are talking about A5? LOL

Which scientists or their organizations are saying human caused climate because of CO2 from burning fossil fuels is not causing climate change?

Run and hide A5 and climate change deniers! Because you never answer this question!

CO2 has gone from about 280 ppm to over 420 ppm. 50% higher. Not the 3.3% that Flipper thinks!

The rate of change since the mid-20th century is unprecedented over millennia.

Earth's climate has changed throughout history. Just in the last 800,000 years, there have been eight cycles of ice ages and warmer periods, with the end of the last ice age about 11,700 years ago marking the beginning of the modern climate era — and of human civilization. Most of these climate changes are attributed to very small variations in Earth’s orbit (http://climate.nasa.gov/blog/2949/why-milankovitch-orbital-cycles-cant-explain-earths-current-warming/) that change the amount of solar energy our planet receives.

This graph, based on the comparison of atmospheric samples contained in ice cores and more recent direct measurements, provides evidence that atmospheric CO2 has increased since the Industrial Revolution.

Luthi, D., et al.. 2008; Etheridge, D.M., et al. 2010; Vostok ice core data/J.R. Petit et al.; NOAA Mauna Loa CO2 record. Find out more about ice cores (http://icecores.org/about-ice-cores) (external site).

The current warming trend is different because it is clearly the result of human activities since the mid-1800s, and is proceeding at a rate not seen over many recent millennia.1 (https://science.nasa.gov/climate-change/evidence/#footnote_1)

It is undeniable that human activities have produced the atmospheric gases that have trapped more of the Sun’s energy in the Earth system. This extra energy has warmed the atmosphere, ocean, and land, and widespread and rapid changes in the atmosphere, ocean, cryosphere, and biosphere have occurred.
Do scientists agree on climate change? (https://science.nasa.gov/press-release/)

Earth-orbiting satellites and new technologies have helped scientists see the big picture, collecting many different types of information about our planet and its climate all over the world. These data, collected over many years, reveal the signs and patterns of a changing climate.

Scientists demonstrated the heat-trapping nature of carbon dioxide and other gases in the mid-19th century.2 (https://science.nasa.gov/climate-change/evidence/#footnote_2) Many of the science instruments NASA uses to study our climate focus on how these gases affect the movement of infrared radiation through the atmosphere. From the measured impacts of increases in these gases, there is no question that increased greenhouse gas levels warm Earth in response.

Scientific evidence for warming of the climate system is unequivocal.
Ice cores drawn from Greenland, Antarctica, and tropical mountain glaciers show that Earth’s climate responds to changes in greenhouse gas levels. Ancient evidence can also be found in tree rings, ocean sediments, coral reefs, and layers of sedimentary rocks. This ancient, or paleoclimate, evidence reveals that current warming is occurring roughly 10 times faster than the average rate of warming after an ice age. Carbon dioxide from human activities is increasing about 250 times faster than it did from natural sources after the last Ice Age.3 (https://science.nasa.gov/climate-change/evidence/#footnote_3)

We have another thread here about how late the first frost is this yr.
That must indicate the climate is changing?
Will you expect to see your government use that as a reason to increase spending on green programing Chuck?
Do you believe taxpayers will benefit from ever larger spending on this perceived problem?
Can government fix it so we don't have occasional longer frost free growing seasons?

Chuck, you get distracted too easily. The attention span of a gnat comes to mind.

I just used the positive climate change story as an example of a media outlet slant, so you could explain the difference between right and far right.

You told me that Grainews is now a wing nut social media internet conspiracy.

So where is a farmer supposed to get reliable approved agricultural news now?

The Tyee doesn't have many stories pertinent to agriculture.
Is there anything right of the Tyee that isn't far right?

You worded at that so eloquently. I would love to hear the rebuttal from any of the climate change enthusiasts.

What source of agricultural news is still approved? I don't want to get my news from far right wing nut social media internet conspiracy, as you called grainews.

Where do I go now?

Your obviously don't have a clue Flipper.

The 50 % increase came largely came from burning fossil fuels.

In the last 800,000 years of ice core samples CO2 was never above 300ppm now its 420.

"Earth's climate has changed throughout history. Since Chuck won't offer any alternatives to the far right conspiracy filled grainews, I did some independent research of the only approved agricultural news source.

Here is what I learned from the NFU news page:

Farmers need to not only repatriate our farmland back to it's rightful first nation owners, but also need to include rematriation of our farmland. I hope Chuck will let us know how far along this process he is with his 6000 acres of stolen farmland.

Sustainable aviation fuel is a terrible thing for farmers. Since it will raise the price of the products that farmers sell, attract huge investment into agricultural product processing and require additional fertilizer.

NFU is going to spread some government money among equity deserving farmers. Because that is the most important issue facing farmers other than climate change and giving the land back to first nations.
Equity-deserving farmers include, but are not limited to, Indigenous farmers; Black and other racialized farmers; women farmers; youth farmers; 2SLGBTQI+ farmers, farmers with disabilities; and farmers in Official Language Minority Communities

Other high priorities for Canadian farmers are Brazilian Eucalyptus plantantions, Argentinian seed rights, Mexican farmers right to choose corn varieties, climate change in central America.

I feel that I am now up to date on all the most important issues facing my farm. I will market my crops accordingly thanks to this vitally important news.
