For those businesses and farms that needed it, no problem it was there for a reason.

But for those who took it, who didn't need it and then complained about the deficit spending that most develop countries incurred with similar covid programs, is rich!?

Well I admit I'm human.
I didn't need any govt handout over the years but I took them all and I'm still farming even after some insolvent times.
To get to over a township in one career, you would have likely done the same. I'm sure some would have looked at you or me and said we weren't worthy.
If you can't handle guilt, at least turn your self anger eastwards towards bigger players. Pooping in your own yard and barking at the smell unintelligent and in the animal world gets you to the train station.
