Are you sure they are still a credible scientific organization, and not a far right denier organization?
      Wrong Again?

The antarctic ice mass is growing according to NASA? Are you sure A5? LOL

A5, Are you lying on purpose or just plain stupid? I think probably a bit of both!

"The Antarctic ice sheet's mass has changed over the last decades. Research based on satellite data indicates that between 2002 and 2023, Antarctica shed an average of 150 billion metric tons of ice per year, adding to global sea level rise."

NASA is clear. Climate change and global warming is a reality. And the negative consequences for the planet are severe.

Chuck we have been through this before. NASA has completely contradictory data on the settled science indicating that Antarctica is both gaining and losing ice mass. Do a search of this site and you will find our previous discussions on this topic with links to the credible scientific organization known as NASA.

          Sure A5!

What part of this from NASA don't you understand? LOL

Do I need to explain it to you?

You didn't do any research, did you? You keep claiming your posts and opinions are all evidence-based. Then you ignore all evidence.

Do You not remember having this discussion in the past?

Every year the ice and snow melts on my farm, it must be climate change.

It's not an accident that this poster refers to itself as we.
And can't keep track of what they have previously posted.

What credible evidence have you provided?

That there was no ice on earth before 800,000 years ago and that's why they don't have CO2 data past 800,000 years ago? LOL

And your other winner was the total antarctic ice mass is growing! Another dim witted claim not backed up by evidence!

What part of this from NASA don't you understand?

"The Antarctic ice sheet's mass has changed over the last decades. Research based on satellite data indicates that between 2002 and 2023, Antarctica shed an average of 150 billion metric tons of ice per year, adding to global sea level rise."

Keep yapping A5! You just keep digging your stupid denier hole deeper with nonsense! And its fun to watch you squirm and weasel your way ineffectively around the facts!

Since Chuck isn't going to look it up himself.
A search of this forum yielded the previous discussion where we debated the NASA admission that Antarctica is gaining ice mass. The same NASA which simultaneously claims Antarctica is losing ice mass. Because the science is settled...

Chuck didn't change his mind last time this counter evidence from NASA was posted. But I'm quite certain that he will change his mind if I post it again.... LOL.

                      From NASA's own website:
The good news is that Antarctica is not currently contributing to sea level rise, but is taking 0.23 millimeters per year away
thickening the ice in East Antarctica and the interior of West Antarctica by an average of 0.7 inches (1.7 centimeters) per year. This small thickening, sustained over thousands of years and spread over the vast expanse of these sectors of Antarctica, corresponds to a very large gain of ice
The research challenges the conclusions of other studies, including the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change’s (IPCC) 2013 report, which says that Antarctica is overall losing land ice.
