Here is a clue A5, in your dumb ass ideas about comparing authoritarian corrupt leaders.

Trudeau will easily lose the next election and be replaced by PP another career politician who has never had a real job! Putin will not be replaced.

PP will look like a fool if he says Putin, do what you want.

And PP will be sure to disappoint the pretend libertarians who will never be happy unless they live on a independent deserted island!

And Trump is in favour of EVs now that Elon is going to be the unelected CEO! Because selling more EVs is what makes Elon richer.

How many civil servants do you think Musk can eliminate and make things more efficient and effective Chuck?

Elon did get rid of a lot of lazy dead weight from twitter , like 80% , X functions as good or better than ever
He will do the same in many government agencies.

Hopefully PP does the same when the Liberal /NDP coalition gets punted .

The people that were no longer needed at Twitter were only there to enforce regulations that were never needed.

          Big opportunity there with government.

The other leaders you mention at least had the facade of having elections, even if they weren't free, or fair or honest. Given everything we have learned about foreign interference in Canada's elections, Trudeau may be no more legitimate than Zelensky who didn't even bother with the charade of having an election.

What marketing "genius" decides to change the name of a very successful major social media brand that is a household name to X and then everyone still calls it Twitter? And then he turns it into a unchecked toxic swamp for far right hate groups?

Sometimes the super rich are stupid.

And guess what else is stupid.

Democrats and progressives were the major market for Teslas and Evs and now he has alienated many of his existing and likely new customers who won't support his self serving venture into right wing politics.

Are Republicans and the working class buying Teslas to reduce emissions. Hell no!

Don't you remember, it wasn't of his choice to participate in all those Federal progarms, he was coerced by everybody in his inner circle to do it.

                    Ab5, so independent!

You sure can pick the stupid ones Chuck.
Did that come from the CBC?

My guess at what else is stupid would be your choice for America's president.
Or second choice would be the copycat campaign the LPC is going to run in our election?
Do i get a third choice?
I almost forgot about who is running OUR country?

                      Keep reading that CBC Chuck.

Do you know what else is really stupid? Declining the opportunity to receive a small fraction of your tax dollars back using a legal program available to all businesses. Under the justification that you are paranoid that the government might know too much about you.
By that logic, I'm sure forage also refuses to write off any of his business expenses, just pays income tax on the entire gross income.

Shud people not claim unemployment benefit when they loose their job also forage ? how would a farmers situation be different when they have a bad year ? crop insurance versus employment insurance , i'm having a hard time understanding why farmers shud not get a payment from a government program they have paid into ?

I wonder how many multi-billion dollar companies Chuck has started, compared to the person he is calling stupid.

Isn't that always the way it works.

It is quite obvious that my comment about principles went right over Chuck's head. As nearly everything does.

Elon has proudly admitted that he overpaid for Twitter knowing that it was not a profitable company. But it was a small price to pay to protect free speech. Which opened up an entire can of worms and exposed the government censorship of social media.

The same with tesla and supporting Trump, he would rather do his part to save democracy then pander partisan political interests so the politicians will subsidize his products and the virtue signaling consumers will buy them. What would be the point of investing in a bankrupt economy and be in bed with the morally bankrupt politicians who put it there?

Like every good greedy self-centered socialist, Chuck can't fathom that anyone else would do something philanthropic, even at the great cost to their own finances and safety.
