First off, I apologize for not including you in my previous post regarding the left being Hoodwinked into switching sides and blindly following along, show any complete lack of conviction or critical thought.

That is quite the revisionist history you have in this post. During the Harper and Bush era, the only notable commies in the world were the chinese. And that is the era where both governments were falling over themselves to appease the chinese, signing trade deals, allowing vital industries to be outsourced, selling our resources and resource companies to the Chinese. Harper and Bush looked downright pro communist compared to the current protectionist administrations.

If you know what your accountant recommends why you asking for my opinion, I'm not a taxation expert, that's why I have a great farm accountant handling my yearly returns.

As well he fully agrees with me, stay away from government hand outs. The less they know and you're involved with them the better.

I am certainly baffled Foragefarmer, I am quite convinced that your a centre-right government skeptic like myself yet you and AB5 continue to have pissing matches. Interestingly enough my accountant during Covid felt there were government programs that I should take advantage of. I did let him apply for one with great hesitation. I pointed out to him that I really wasn’t in a situation that I wanted or needed the money from government. He said whether I take it or not the government would spend the money, no doubt an unfortunate truth. I am not in Agristability and certainly no fan of government involvement in my operation.

Poor Chuck likes to display his gross ignorance of geology and the carbon cycle by constantly bringing up the fact that I pointed out the indisputable scientific fact that in the absence of human activity, CO2 levels would have continued on their relentless decline to starvation levels.
You won't let go of the fact that I was honest enough to not deny that I along with nearly every other business, took the advice of my accountant and Bank to take part in a legal government program made available to all businesses. In this very thread you are advising other Farmers to take the advice of their accountant and not from you. And now you are contradicting what my accountant said, insisting I should have taken your advice.
What any of that had to do with your ignorance of History, politics and what countries are communist, I cannot even guess. But Chuck does the same thing bringing up CO2 levels on the most irrelevant discussions.

You might want to find a better role model. This tactic isn't working for chuck. And he has far more experience with it than you do. Or at least quit coming to his defense when he gets in over his head such as in this thread.
