How did you come to that conclusion?
He has already achieved fame and fortune.
    He has previously been POTUS.
    He's 78 years old.
I would think his bucket list must be finished.

If he were in it for himself, wouldn't he want to ride off into the sunset and enjoy his golden years? Instead of exposing himself to the constant attacks, and the intense thankless job of President against a hostile establishment and media?
What is in it for him?

Only if you are a right wing nutbar!
This isn't like the first time Trump won. People know everything about Trump and the Democrats threw billions of negative advertising at him and he STILL beat them.

Tells you how much the voters were sick of the Democrats.

No major developed country elects known criminals and con artists who tried but failed to overturn election results.

But it just happened in the USA.

And the law and order conservatives have nothing to say? LOL

All hat and no cattle when it comes to a lot of things!

Where did all those Trump hating Democrats go?
Are they not motivated to vote this time?
                  15 million!!!!
Where did those voters go Chuck?
The real question should be …. Where did the extra 15 million votes come from ?
looking at the graph sure is interesting

48 % vs 50% for Trump. That's not a resounding defeat except in the archaic winner take all Electoral College.

"In the three most hotly contested states – Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania – the margin of victory averaged 1.1 percentage points, or fewer than 244,000 votes between them.

It doesn't take much of swing one way or other to change the outcome.

Trump will no doubt want to be leader for life like his buddy Putin! with a 2% marginal win in the popular vote!

Trump will intimidate and threaten his opponents and journalists, taking another page from the Putin playbook.

Do you think they should have left Biden in who was the candidate elected in the primary?
His 15 million more votes than the puppet's might have made up that 2% the dems are crying about?
He seemed to know what it takes to win?

The electoral college may be old but I believe it would have prevented the mish mash we have.

Rich coming from a Canadian socialist whose party secured majority governments in Saskatchewan with 40% popular support, or Cretien liberals achieving healthy majorities with 33%. Love him or hate him Trump won a decisive majority. Love the about face Democrats did from wholeheartedly defending voting machines and the electoral process to alleging election fraud. Even in Canada election reform is kicked around by factions until they are benefactors of the present system. Then it is forgotten about. I am still for a truly balanced representation in the senate but it is a no go by parties in power as it is a messy affair which opens up a can of worms like Meech Lake, or it opens further debate to move to a republic and ditch the constitutional monarchy. Be careful what you wish for.

Look it up. We all need to be careful what we wish for. I don't believe it's that.

In the 2020 election, as I pointed out before, a swing in votes of just over 166000 in Arizona, Pennsylvania and North Carolina would have given Trump the Whitehouse.

48% vs 50% is not a decisive victory in a 2 party system. It's distorted by the winner take all electoral college in most states.

Canada's archaic first past the post system has been replaced with proportional representation in Australia and New Zealand and most of Europe.

                                Those systems work well.

But the Conservatives and Liberals don't like sharing power.
