The vast majority of the rest of us, believe that war crimes should not be ignored, no matter who commits them.

If you turn a blind eye to the bombing of hospitals, women, children and cutting off humanitarian aid to starve civilians into submission you are in effect condoning war crimes.

Leaders in Israel and Hamas need to be held accountable.

Poilievre appears to be ignoring obvious war crimes for political reasons.

Has he said anything significant about the humanitarian crisis in Gaza or Israel's heavy handed unproportional attacks on civilians?

Deaths so far: 43,391 Palestinian and 1,706 Israeli

And still no deal to release the remaining hostages so Netanyahu can keep on fight a war for his political survival? Both sides are evil bastards.

It's guaranteed that this conflict will last for generations without peace and a 2 state solution.

A lot of questions remain unanswered. How did Israel allow Hamas to amass all their weapons and control Gaza? Why did they not know of October terrorist attack? How does the total destruction of Gaza make Israel safer? What is the post war plan?

Now that is deep, even for a philosopher such as yourself.

Speaking of war crimes, Trudeau has waged war on Canadians with his ridiculous carbon tax. He should be locked up along with his fellow lunatics.

Well put. Elephant in the room here is Iran and Russia behind that. The enemy of my enemy is my friend and Netanyahu is taking full advantage to keep his political career alive and avoid facing corruption charges. Iran waging a terror campaign via their proxies. What has complicated the matter is the Russian Ukraine war as Israel and Russia have had a good relationship but has become strained at best with the dependence and strengthened alliance with Iran whom want Israel wiped off the map. The Israel conflict is more tied in with the Russo Ukraine war than we care to admit. Trudeau agreeing to abide by icc arrest warrant for Netanyahu though probably just in a sense is not reading the room of the current geopolitical situation. Better to quell terrorists at home

Destroying Gaza was politically good for Netanyahu. The real culprit was Iran , but Gaza was easier. Long term Iran has to be dealt with.

Exactly. Russia ultimately needs to be put in its place first then the theocratic wing of the Iranian government can be dealt with. These islamists are cowards hiding behind innocent civilians and how as a nation such as Israel carry out retribution without massive collateral damage?

A5, You missed the part about "without the 2 state solution". Just like you miss a lot of basic science and knowledge when you come up with your other dumbass ideas!
