I would be very surprised if we didn't have enough laws.
We just need willing enforcement.
Most importantly prosecutors and judges who are appointed.
The police on the front line know how the system currently works.

By the same reasons you and your NFU cohorts should just be getting out of jail for blockading the border as well? I’m all for it. A terrorist is a terrorist. The trouble with that is that one man's terrorist organization is the next man's freedom fighter. The freedom convoy being the perfect example. Many on the left we're calling them terrorists.
If a Left leading government were to enact such laws with the intention of shutting down their political opponents, then a right leaning government takes over, and uses it against their political opponents. Or vice versa.
