    Funny how law works

World news and most nights snippets about NYC killing of insurance guy.

Puzzled how he only got charged with second degree murder. Googled laws read and computed the differences seems first degree in highest order must have missed something.

But I get a headache from intellectual capacity just to breathe so it’s out of my IQ sphere. Will follow it though

    Found my answer

New York's murder laws are broken down differently than most other states, and first-degree charges in the Empire State are typically reserved for special cases, including against the slaying of a member of law enforcement or mass murders.

See some want death penalty "he got pissed of about insurance so he goes and shoots someone" nah but give him 40 yrs and plenty of lubricant.

Also can't understand why he plead not guilty
