G&M literature that only confirms personal biases without any information or proof is only fool's prose.
Played a lot of Monopoly one summer as a kid.
Everyone had their own predictable style of play.
    Kind of like poker?

    Or grain marketing?

We played a lot of Monopoly when we were kids. I was unbeatable. Started playing with my own kids when they were fairly young. Didn't take long before they figured it out and they beat me every time ever since.

"Wall Street is one happy place. The markets have been on fire since Donald Trump won the U.S. presidential election, and fortunes large and small are being made. But good news for the men and women who run the investment banks is not necessarily good for the average family living paycheque to paycheque."

You can relax a little Chuck.
The market closed a pre election levels today.
Fortunes large and small have been given back.

But I don't really understand the stock market.
Do the fat cats always make money off the little guy like me?

The billionaires also control social media now and purposely set their algorithms to manipulate and influence politics and consumers.

And the majority of consumers don't have enough extra money to significantly invest in the stock market let alone pay the mortgage or the rent.

Governments have a role in limiting the power of the corporate world instead we are getting governments that are being run by the corporate billionaires. And it's about to get a whole lot worse with Trump who will cut their taxes and let them do what they want with less regulations protecting consumers.

1500 pages of pork that nobody reads before approving.
