    Solar Influences/weather

A significant solar event has been observed where a massive coronal hole, covering approximately a quarter of the Sun's circumference, has opened. This event, monitored by NASA's Solar Dynamics Observatory, is causing fast solar winds to head towards Earth. These solar winds are expected to interact with Earth's magnetosphere, potentially leading to minor to moderate geomagnetic storms. While this could enhance auroral displays, particularly at lower latitudes, it might also impact satellite operations, GPS, and other technologies sensitive to geomagnetic activity. Discussions around this event highlight both the awe-inspiring natural phenomena like the northern lights and the potential technological disruptions, emphasizing the need for preparedness in satellite and technology sectors.

Not sure what time lag is.

Good gosh some climate change experts suggesting climate change is affecting the sun. Im a climate change sceptic not denier but come on enough is enough. Tad eye rolling that claim.

Weather is a passion involved in this. But wont get on my high horse about my weather beliefs and lecture you hope link opens.

They play this point the finger game constantly, the chucks are prime examples

The undisputed fact is that the sun affects earths climate , as it is impossible the other way around.
The earth is getting more venerable to the sun’s activity due to the weakening magnetic field.
All facts the climate cult desperately tries to manipulate with stories such as the above

What we do might impact the climate.

But the Sun is the trump card. It overrules everything we do, and nothing we do can impact it.

Nah he doesn't interact with me prefer it that way and vice versa. We have healthy disrespect of each other but don't get into name calling. Wasn't actually meant to be climate change debate per say.

The universe’s complexity is beyond man’s ability to totally comprehend. A myriad of, “ scientists” and, “astronomers” have been gazing into space since eyes were invented trying to figure it all out. Theories have been thrown around and they are only that - time fillers. There are some things that we can not understand nor control. MHO
