Canada needs to get straightened out. Central government commanded by the Eastern elites is crushing the Western provinces. No new leader can change that so nothing will get repaired. The ocean is changing depth all the time because of tides. So unless you have data from tidal gauge or satellite for the last few decades you wouldn't have a clue about relatively small incremental changes.

Even if they just stop replacing the ones retiring in the next 4 years would drop the size of the workforce bigtime. Lots of stage couch departments could be shutdown . Run it like a business for a change.
