Whole other level of crazy but war measures act brought against them when in reality they had more legal rights while rail lines blockaded which ground the country to a standstill and federal government did absolutely nothing. Took a group of pissed off rednecks to tear down blockades and tell the pricks to F off.

When the federal government unconstitutionally debanked them, violently removed their peaceful protest, damaged their personal property, slandered them on the news every day, used illegal means to spy on them and attempt to entrap them, and restricted them from going to Ottawa in the future, it may have reduced their enthusiasm for being flag waving patriots in the future.

The difference with that protest and the reason so many Canadians gat on board was they weren't your typical protester that just goes home and looks for the next cause to disrupt or cause as much anarchy as possible. They weren't burning or smashing windows.

This entire country is broken, just as Pierre says. It will not survive Trump. It’ll take a common sense slap in the head for this dysfunctional tyranny to wake up. The inequity and punishing productivity can not continue. IMHO, it’ll come crashing down because common sense will not be enough to alter the tyrants, they actual believe they have the God-given right to suppress the West and pillage the Canadian economy.

Big government just found out that you can push the people just so far for so long. At some point the people will revolt and call BS. (Of course, the big revolt will come at the polls.) The convoy went to Ottawa and asked to meet with Trudeau and he would have nothing to do with calm discussion and reason.

Where is the “strong and free” in Canada? The big hammer, the War Measures Act was used against peaceful citizens. The world was watching, that’s where the foreign donors came from. But that was not the end of it.

Now in comes the invisible hand and our “leaders” see their power challenged by forces outside their control. Can Canada be saved internally?- not without constitutional change. We need an American-style government that gives equal power and representation to every province and allows the people an elected senate. There’s no way the East will give up their disproportionate power willingly. It’ll be the East against the West instead of pulling together. So here we are, at an important crossroad. Does the West continue to waste precious resources and energy fighting Big Government? Fast Forward 100 years.

All blockades are illegal, railway, pipeline, border blockades, eco, etc etc.

The NFU's blockade does fall within the meaning of "ALL".

By all means post your exception to any of the above, especially participants who are able to distinguish the difference between them.
