I was a total supporter of Ukraine early in the war when they pushed the Russians out of Kiev. They looked like they were capable of standing up to the Russian aggressor.
But that was three years ago. No the lines barely move. Not even really a line just referred to as point of contact.
This war has turned into a war of attrition. Your basic WW1 style meat grinder only with new technology. Most of the casualties come from artillery guided by drones hovering overhead. There is no Glory on either side, just slaughter.
Choices are limited but negotiating for years like Viet Nam or Afghanistan is not an option.
They can't even send troops out of country for training as they are inclined to desert.

Canadian farmers will be having even more fun without all the Trump bailouts for lost markets and much lower prices!
