Although I think it will be decades before the Northwest Passage will be really usable for major commerce, there is a enough time to create the Greys Bay Port and road to connect it with southern Canada. Canada still has time for a completed asset, instead of a concept of a plan, of which Canada has had too many.
Imagine how the pulse of western Canada could have slowed if decades ago Canada would have allowed pipeline capacity to the east coast.
It's frustrating to be a Canadian, but you need another morning to think about what it would be like to be an American.
