Nope Saskatchewan is part of the problem! When the RCMP is involved you know it's worse in Alberta!

Of course there can be corruption everywhere!

It's bubbled to the surface in Alberta where the fiscal conservatives really aren't fiscal conservatives!

The UCP are pretend fiscal conservatives that want to extract higher fees from taxpayers for their business friends! And they got caught red handed!

Now A5 says he wants to change the subject!

Most of the former female members of the federal liberals, are insinuating publicly that the worst of the misogynistic abusive assholes is the one who has been leading the Liberal party.

Canuckistanian stazi interfering in Alberta affairs. rcmp should be investigating snc-lavalin. How come there is time to interfere in AB internal matters but not investigate snc and other fed scandals? Time for APP and send the rcmp home.

Ajl the RCMP only take on cases that allegedly break the law.

Not ethical questions that are handled by the ethics commissioner.

There is a big difference that you obviously don't understand!

You are obviously trying to change the subject and dismiss the obvious corruption in Alberta involving the UCP!

                SNC-Lavalin???

Didn't they have more than a few that got some time in a federal penitentiary for bribing government officials in other parts of the world including Canada.

                Here's one from RCMP news release in April 2024;

"executive vice-president Normand Morin was sentenced to a total of 42 months in prison"

"revealed that bribes, totaling 2.3 million Canadian dollars, were paid by SNC-Lavalin Inc. executives in exchange for the awarding of the Jacques-Cartier bridge repair contract in the early 2000s. A remediation agreement between SNC-Lavalin Inc. SNC-Lavalin International Inc and the Government of Quebec was agreed upon which involved financial payments to be paid to the Government of Quebec."

They changed their name and are still "bidding" on government contacts due to friends in high places like the PM of Canada.

Trudeau broke ethical guidelines when he pressured the Justice Minister to use a Deferred Prosecution Agreement (DPA). The US and UK also use DPAs.

There were never any criminal investigation or charges against Trudeau only a question of ethics violations.

In Alberta Smith's office and officials were pressuring the CEO of AHS to sign contracts with UCP supporters and business friends at higher pay rates for surgery. The RCMP is investigating criminal behaviour directly involving the government and government officials and the surgical companies involved.

On 19 February 2015, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and the Public Prosecution Service of Canada laid charges against SNC-Lavalin Group Inc. and two of its subsidiaries: SNC-Lavalin International Inc. and SNC-Lavalin Construction Inc. Each firm was charged with one count of fraud , and one count of corruption . The charges allege that between 2001 and 2011, SNC-Lavalin paid CA$ in Libya to officials in the government of Muammar Gaddafi . They also allege that at the same time, the company defrauded Libyan organizations of CA$130 million. On the same day, SNC-Lavalin announced that they were contesting the charges and planned to enter a non-guilty plea.

In Canada a deferred prosecution agreement (DPA) or remediation agreement refers to an agreement under Part XXII.1 of the Criminal Code. The agreement is made between the Crown prosecutor and an organization alleged to have committed certain types of criminal offences, usually in the context of fraud or corruption, with the consent of the relevant Attorney General and under the supervision of a judge. Under a deferred prosecution agreement, the Crown prosecutor can agree to defer bringing a prosecution for the alleged offences if the organization takes steps to improve its conduct, makes restitution, and implements internal controls to avoid a repetition of the conduct.

Huh? There was an ethics report and public inquiry along with the criminal investigation. All public!

Smith fired the CEO of AHS just before she was to go to the Auditor with her whistle blowing allegation of corruption.

More or less a smoking gun in Smith's hands! A damning cover up for sure!
