there is a video of Carney say how he was going to rename the carbon tax and simply hit industries like steel with a huge pollution emissions tax .

Would it be more correct to say that no one who votes liberal uses steel? It's not like he's going to alienate the core liberal voters by taxing the productive industries out of existence.
