Electricity along with oil. And you can build anything you want!

Holland has a an impressive export oriented food sector as one of the top ag and food exporters in the world with a land mass the size of Switzerland.

And their food exports are 124 billion Euros compared to Canada's $139 Billion CAD in oil. So Holland's ag and food exports are much larger than Canada's oil exports.

Good morning chuck. Did you finally find somewhere where this free and cheap solar and wind don't result in the most expensive electricity?

You seem to have some persistent cognitive dissonance on this topic.

Its the lowest cost new generation source just about everywhere in the world.

But as you know generation is only a portion of the cost of delivering electricity.

But Alberta has some of the highest cost electricity in Canada especially compared to Saskatchewan and Manitoba!

        Why is that A5?

Can you be an energy superpower and not take advantage of having the second largest oil reserves in the world?

Is Carney going to allow the west to use that advantage?

Oil will still be used for petro chemicals and other materials but Harper said we will stop burning it for energy by 2100.

Why not develop wind and solar energy as well as oil and gas? You can have both and still grow the economy.

Look up dispatchable energy meaning Chuck.

That's what you get when you hook your solar panels to the grid.

Go off grid and get yourself a wood stove for heat and cooking.

              We had all that.
My grandparents had batteries in the basement 70 yrs ago.
???????They were happy to see them go.

" free and cheap solar and wind "

To who? Where is it? How does it all connect? Too complicated/expensive to make intermittent add on....

You just answered your own question. Saskatchewan and Manitoba have far less solar and wind then alberta.
This isn't an isolated incident. It happens every single time. You have yet to find any exception to the rule.
Are you beginning to see the connection here?

                    That seems logical.

Let the market decide which one we need for the most efficient grid?

Do you think that's Carney's plan to be an Energy Superpower?
Get the Economy Back On Track?

Or is he just using slogans to deceive the voters that only read headlines?

U can as long as there is no prejudice for one or the other.
