So Trump never said any of those things and that Canada should be the 51st state?

And auto workers, steel and aluminum workers shouldn't be worried about the 25% tariffs?

Have you been avoiding the news in your basement again A5?

The reality is except for mirroring Poilievre’s policies, Carney hasn’t brought anything forward except fear mongering about the U.S.

        Fear mongering? Huh?

So Trump's tariffs and annexation are nothing to worry about?
Said like a true PP supporter!

Most voters would strongly disagree with you Hamloc!

Obviously this post went right over your head, didn't it Chuck.
Every single policy the Liberals have enacted has played right into that agenda. All the climate nonsense. Blocking resource development, all the divisive woke policies, the regulations, the tax burden, etc.

Now the very advisor who helped put those policies in place is likely to be our next prime minister. At least he knows what he's talking about.

You will get the same broken record response. Repetition of a narrow mantra the only reply regardless of the questions or topic.
Reminiscent of the years before 2012 involving a different issue. Total futility yet just as important.

None so blind as those that refuse to see. If you listen to Carney he talks about the slowing economy, the job loss, the loss in value of investments, he IS pushing fear..

Most effective way to buy votes is with fear. Not a new invention.

Erin O'toole a Conservative leader also supported the carbon tax in a previous election. And many of you voted for O'Toole!

But due to inflation and a cost of living crisis it was removed even though it was not the primary cause of inflation. Say the PBO and Trevor Tombe.

That title goes to high energy costs in 2022 when oil companies made record profits on the backs of consumers! And are still making very good profits. But nary a mention of high energy costs by the petro heads as a cause of inflation!

And there are other more significant causes of inflation than the carbon tax.

And the Trump tax raises, he calls tariffs, will have a very large negative impact on Canada and the US which will cause even more inflation while depressing the economy and world trade.

But the Trump supporters seem to think the Trump tax is a good plan!
