drought programs

I just realized I haven't heard anything back from the Alberta government about my drought payment or whatever they call the ten dollar/acre payment. I was wondering if anyone has been getting paid? Or what kind of run-around they might be getting? If I remember correctly I had to rattle their cage a time or two last year before I got anything. I guess I need to get on the phone!
